What are your hours of operation?
Monday and Tuesday: Store Closed, Open by appointment Only. Wednesday to Friday: 10am-7pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10am-4pm

What condition of appliances do you carry?
We carry major domestic and german brand appliances. These appliances are considered B stock, which can consist of brand new scratch and dent, overstock, end of line and floor models. We also carry refurbished units.

How can you tell the difference between B stock and Refurbished Appliances?
B stock appliances will have a white price sheet and Refurbished appliances will have a green price sheet.

Can I request item(s) be put on hold for me?
Yes, with a 20% Non-refundable deposit of the selling price with a time duration of 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks duration the item(s) will be placed back for sale.

Can I purchase the appliances I am interested in over the phone?
No, due to the fact that the appliances that you wish to purchase is a B stock or refurbished and therefore visiting our store is required to inspect the appliances prior to purchasing them.

What payments of purchase do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.

Once I purchase the item(s) how long can I keep my item(s) at your store until I am ready for pickup or deliver?
Warehouse space is valuable to us and need it for new item(s) coming in. Therefore we can hold your item(s) at our store for 1 month. If you need your item(s) to stay at our store for longer we can do so for a $2.00/day fee.

Do you deliver?
No, we do not deliver but can recommend a reputable delivery company or pick up is available at our store. General delivery rate is as follows: $95.00 flat rate within the Greater Toronto Area (see below). This includes 3 or less appliances delivered to 1st floor level. Extra charges could apply if extraordinary effort is needed to bring in appliances. We encourage our customers to speak with the delivery company and describe the environment in which the units will be delivered to in order to provide a fair rate.

Can the Delivery company take old appliances back?
Yes, for an additional fee of $20 per appliance. Please inform the delivery company in advance if this service is needed.

I am planning on picking up the item(s), can someone assist in placing the item(s) into my vehicle?
Yes, there will always be someone to assist you in placing the item(s) into your vehicle. We advise our customers to bring any neccesary moving materials to secure and protect the item(s)

How are the item(s) repackaged for delivery or pickup?
Before the item(s) are repacked, we ask our customers to do a final inspection of the item(s) and signoff on the condition of the item(s). Only then will we try our best to repack the item(s) in its original packaging. When this is not possible we will shrink wrap and use additional packaging material to protect the item(s).

Do you have a Return Policy?
No, All Sales are Final. We encourage our customers to take as long as they like to inspect the units and ask as many questions as possible to our staff, to be sure that they are confident and satisfied with their purchase.

Do you provide Installation and/or Repair Services for appliances?
Yes, We can schedule a 3rd Party technician to visit you for repairs or installations of appliances. We encourage our customers to use services of a certified technician for any repair or installation job.

What type of warranty do you have?
Warranty coverage varies from brand to brand and product line to product line. In general the following applies. We encourage our customers to ask once you visit our store. Since we carry B stock and refurbished item(s) cosmetic warranty is not covered. Domestic Brand Appliances: B-Stock 45 days functional warranty (parts and labour included). German Brand Appliances: 1 year manufacturers warranty. Refurbished Appliances: 90 days functional warranty (parts and labour included). Electronics and Computers: Varies if Brand new, Open Box, Recertified or Off Lease. If it is found that the root cause of the issue is due to improper installation or customer misuse, the customer will be responsible for all charges incured.

Do you offer an extended warranty?
Yes on Domestic Brand Appliances for 1 Year. No on German Brand Appliances. Electronics and Computers: Yes on certain products. We encourage our customers to ask once you visit our store.

Who do we contact for a warranty claim?
Since we have a variety of product lines and brands with different warranty policies, we ask our customers to contact us and at that time will provide assistance.

If you don't have a unit in stock, what are my options?
Since we buy B-Stock units in loads, what you see is what we have. However, we do try to meet our customer's needs by trying to locate non-stock units from our suppliers.
